Embodied singing lessons

These sessions are an invitation to reconnect with your voice as a living, feeling expression of your body, breath and nervous system.

Together we explore the voice not as something to perform, but as a pathway for grounding, healing and authentic expression.

In our sessions we may weave together:

  • Vocal toning and gentle techniques to support voice embodiment, breath awareness and nervous system regulation

  • Mantra, toning and meditative singing as grounding, supportive daily practices

  • Working with the voice alongside sound healing instruments, exploring different textures and intentions

  • Harmonising and intuitive vocal expression within sound healing journeys

  • Vocal tools to support sharing your voice in circles, ceremonies and healing spaces

  • Song study — learning and embodying songs to bring into singing circles or kirtan

These lessons are suitable for beginners and experienced singers alike — especially for those longing to feel more at home in their voice, trust their sound, and sing from a place of presence and connection.
